About Me
I am a soccer aficionado, and a huge Real Madrid fan. I grew up in Madrid, Spain watching games every weekend with my grandfather, father and brother. There was nothing better than watching the games and listening to them commentate, argue, yell and let the passion of the game take us. After moving to the states I continued to watch any game they aired on TV and let me tell you in the mid 90's there weren't that many on US TV. So I have decided to start this blog to allow a forum for me to express my thoughts as to what is happening in the game and so anyone that wants to agree, yell or anything else can do so.
For all that dont know I choose the name Fondo Sur, because in the Bernabeu and in most soccer stadiums around the world the south end or fondo sur is a place for the die hard fans to show there emotions and love for the team and game. I would like this to be a similar place. Anything you have to say feel free.
